About Built-In Growth

Many businesses reach a point where they are busy, demand is steady, and the operation feels full but profit has flattened or become harder to grow. Costs rise, complexity creeps in, and the usual advice is to add more: more customers, more marketing, more staff.

That approach often adds pressure without fixing the underlying problem.

Built-In Growth takes a different path. The work starts with understanding which existing customers actually create the most value, where that value is being under-captured, and which decisions matter most to profitability. From there, the focus is on making careful changes to pricing, focus, or offerings that improve margins without breaking what’s already working.

This is advisory work. I don’t run marketing campaigns, redesign operations, or push growth at all costs. My role is to help owners see where profit already exists in the business — and make better decisions about how to earn more from it.

Built-In Growth is best suited for owners of established businesses who already have customers and steady demand, but feel constrained by time, staff, or capacity. Most clients know that some customers are far more valuable than others, but aren’t sure where to focus or which changes will genuinely improve margins without adding risk or complexity.
